How to merge PDFs

1. Add two or more PDFs — pick several at once, drop them in, or add more later.
2. Arrange them with the arrows, or sort them by file name in one click; remove any you don’t need.
3. Merge them and download the combined PDF.

Good to know

• Each file shows its page count, so you can check that nothing is missing before you merge.
• Pages are copied as they are: text stays sharp and searchable, and nothing is re-compressed.
• A password-protected PDF has to be unlocked first with Unlock PDF.
• Need to change the order of pages rather than whole files? Merge first, then use Rearrange PDF Pages. To make the result smaller, try Compress PDF.
