By receiving IPixHub PhotoLab Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that this is a binding legal agreement between IPixHub PhotoLab and users of products and services provided by IPixHub PhotoLab.

All sales are final. Once you place your order there are no refunds offered on any product or service except in the case where we advertise otherwise.

Happiness guarantee. We guarantee our products and services. If you are unsatisfied with our work for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible and a dedicated support agent will discuss options with you.

Services offered by IPixHub PhotoLab are provided without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. IPixHub PhotoLab disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

IPixHub PhotoLab does not represent or warrant that the services provided will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. IPixHub PhotoLab does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials provided in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise.

By placing an order with IPixHub PhotoLab, you acknowledge that you are knowingly added to our email correspondence, and will receive updates, specials, promotions, and an occasional newsletter in your inbox. This service may be opted out of at any time.

IPixHub PhotoLab is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or misdirected mail.

By submitting an order, Customer declares and warrants that all materials provided for conversion and/or duplication are not in violation of any copyright laws.

Customer will indemnify and hold IPixHub PhotoLab harmless in respect to any claims or demands by any third party that infringes upon any Copyright law. Customer attests that the media submitted was either created by Customer or Customer has the right to permit IPixHub PhotoLab to perform digitization services, or Customer has the permission of the copyright owner to duplicate video materials.

Having agreed to these terms, you acknowledge its priority to any order, engagement or advertisement, and agree to its terms.
